There aren't enough words to describe how fantastic Olivia was to work with. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous about everything. What steps to take, what things to do. We met Olivia at an open house, and opted to utilize her for our purchasing journey. She went above and beyond, not just setting up houses we sent her, but offering homes she thought might fit for us, given ones we had looked at or shown interest in. She was quick to communicate any issues, or help work through and walk through processes. She had to remind me more than once to breathe and keep calm because everything was going exactly how it should, when I was getting worried about how some moments felt stagnant. And upon closing, she and the firm gave us a beautiful gift basket of goodies and gift cards to help start making our house a home. I couldn't be happier with my dream home, and I'm grateful to Olivia who was my advocate the entire way.
